I NEEDED TO UPGRADE MY SONY VAIO. FOUND THEIR WEBSITE, DOWNOADED A BIT OF SOFTWARE. IT TOLD ME WHAT I NEEDED, IT IDENTIFIED THE ITEMS IN STOCK. I ORDERED IT, IT CAME WITH IDIOT PROOF INSTRUCTIONS, I INSTALLED IT, I AM NOW WRITING THIS ON MY SUPERFAST COMPUTER, THANKS TO THE CORRECT AND GOOD VALUE MEMORY I BOUGHT FROM ORCA. IF ONLY OTHER SUPPLIERS COULD BE SO GOOD.

crap service, absolutely couldnt care about customers
rip off cc charges. fog hit bristol on return leg from ireland, dumped us at birmingham, lied about transport to get us off plane, then just left us stranded in birmingham. i had to help two elderly ladies who were left,as ryanair didnt give a s**t. cost me more than the flight to get home late pm from birmingham, get to bristol collect car and get home again.
they may be cheap but its a false economy. if all goes well its fine, one slip up or problem and you are *****d

pricey and complicated billing
overall disapointed with package, and impossible problems cancelling a monthy contract, stillcharging me 4 months after i requested it to be cancelled. its like talking to awall at customer services, if you can get through, and if you can understand what he hell they are saying. vry disapointed, only still with them as i needed the coverage they offer at my home.
