Worst Online shop I've ever used. STAY CLEAR!!!!!!!!

They are by far the worst online company I've used to date. I wish I had read these reviews before I had ordered. All these one star reviews reflect my experience.
I placed an order for two wine kits that were "in stock and dispatched within 24 hours". Just under a month later, and I've got nothing! I've contacted them 4 times, responses where rude and did not answer anything. When I asked for a refund (3 weeks after order), I was refused, on the grounds of. The order was now in their warehouse. This company clearly has no stock, & order in when they have enough funds.

Please don't be fooled by their cheap prices, pay the extra few pence and actually receive something.

Very Good Company

Very pleased with this company. Used it to buy my wifes engagement ring 2 1/2 years ago. Quaily is to a very high quality, I recommend to everyone.
