Fast delivery, excellent quality goods!

Ordered 2 x designer gloss black radiators + valves both showing in-stock and available for free next day delivery - both delivered as promised. Received email confirmations and tracking numbers. Logistically 5 stars.
Only 3 stars though as valve supplied ('essential extras') cannot possibly fit the single radiator supplied - had to purchase a different type of valve.

I don't often write positive reviews but this transaction deserves a mention. We ordered our American style FF on a Friday at 1pm and the appliance was delivered at 1pm the next day (Saturday) - free of charge. We received a confirmation email, voicemail confirming 4 hour delivery slot - and then the driver called us en-route to confirm access. If only all on-line transactions were as smooth as this. Would highly recommend!!
