This company is an absolute disgrace. I bought a computor with a graphics card alone that retailed at over £300, I get a graphics card that is one of the cheapest on the market, worth around £40 . I get in touch and they say the best they can do is refund me £58. I obviously refuse that and cancelled the deal. They then just ignored all my efforts to get in touch and I could not get my money back. I had to get legal advice and just before I took them to court I got my refund. If you buy from this company just pray that you do not get problems with whatever you buy.

After Sales Service

The after sales service at Arbico is the best service I've ever encountered. I had some problems with my PC and gave them a ring. I was chatting with a technician within a minute. He listened to my problems and arranged to collect the PC for repair, I had updates on everything they were doing and received my PC back in the promised time. Everything I'd mentioned had been sorted and the performance of the PC is now fantastic. In my opinion if you're dealing with a company who prides itself on it's after sales service it takes the gamble out of buying their goods. You'll have a problem finding a better service anywhere.
