Even 1 star is too many

Waited 2 days at home for my package and everytime tracking shows " No One To Receive Card Left (LOUGHBOROUGH SERVICE CENTRE)"
No card left at all. I called the customer service and I was told they will try again tmoorow for last time!! are you kidding you can't even fine my home

Shockingly Poor customer service

Delivered a replacement parcel to wrong address then asking me to collect it from the wrong address myself. Imagine knocking on some strangers door and ask them for your parcel!!!
