Beware

I ordered goods on February 9th 2012 to be told they were out of stock. They have taken my money and I still have not received my goods. I can no longer contact them through the links on their email - the pages are not available and there is no email address to reply to or phone number given on their confirmation email. They are part of the online-shopping company and there seem to be many very bad reviews suggesting lots of other people have had similar bad experiences.

They tried to take money from my bank account when I no longer wanted the service and are now threatening me with a debt collection agency despite me contacting them several times to tell them I don't want them to host a web site for me. They didn't write to tell me they were automatically renewing the service or that they were trying to take money from my bank. Instead they emailed me at an address I haven't used for a long time. They are now trying to charge me an additional £20 + vat! I am not impressed by their underhand methods or by their threats.
