Ordered "Hanna Montana" rubbish online, that was not in stock elsewhere, and PRINTED the last "Checkout Page". I got an email order confirmation but nothing else. The item didn't appear.
I'm no novice, probably order 50 items a week from dozens of suppliers. They obviously lost the order. Would you trust them with your credit card details.
Ordered from Amazon later that week. It arrived two days later.
Who would you use?
I have used eBuyer for 15 year, must have spend £15,000 over that time. Numerous returns for faulty kit / warranty failure (NOT eBuyers fault). Not one problem with the RMA. Delivery generally before specified in the checkout pages.
Overall a great company.
Unless you live in an area they now suddenly consider no longer to be in Mainland UK. Then their delivery prices go insane. Don't believe the Delivery Charges page; it's now fiction.
If you do use them watch for delivery charge changes that occur in the later steps of checkout.
Order 8 items. Two days later, two items went out of stock for less than 24hours. I called them to ask is the order going forward. "Oh, yes sir."
It's now day FIVE.
It was ordered with TWO Days Postal Option.
It has not even been 'picked' yet, let alone entered the couriers hands.
No communication from them other than about the 2 items that were back in stock by the time I checked their website / my order.
Truly shocking service.
Edit: I just check my email. 1 item back out of stock but according to their real-time stock system they have 400+ in stock. Would you trust them....
