Actual email I wrote to Kristen at Brilliance after my purchase:

I want to sincerely thank you and your staff for your help throughout the process of buying an engagement ring. The first diamond I selected wasn't ever shipped because you called to inform me of a flaw and helped me select the correct diamond. When the diamond did arrive it was exactly as advertised, not to mention beautiful. I was VERY concerned that the ring would not be delivered in time but the ring came on the promised day.

My now fiance LOVES the ring and I could not be happier with my purchase. The next time I'm looking for a diamond I will definitely come back to Brilliance.com.
